Overview

Patient FastTrack is a tool that is included in the Lighthouse 360 product. It allows dental practices to capture information from new patients by sending them a simple, mobile-friendly form to fill out prior to their first appointment. After releasing an MVP and measuring practice adoption, I was tasked with designing the next iteration of the feature with the goal of satisfying practice needs and ultimately increasing adoption.
